Q&A

It's the first product of Salva Health. We designed a device that is capable of detecting healthy and unhealthy tissues using artificial intelligence as a way to identify women who may be at risk of breast cancer.

The device takes readings on a woman's breasts for 2 and a half minutes, at the end, the results are automatically interpreted by an artificial intelligence system that was designed and trained by us.

Our device was created from the outset as a user-friendly solution for women; therefore, Julieta is painless, quick, comfortable, and does not emit radiation.

Julieta is currently in the testing phase and undergoing the process of obtaining Invima health registration. At the moment, the results obtained will only be used for training and validation of the device. However, patients participating in this research project will undergo a complementary mammogram, which will be the only valid examination, and the results of which must be awaited. Only the results of the mammogram are important for the patient.

All women over 18 years old will be able to use Julieta once it is on the market. For now, only women who need to undergo a screening or control mammogram indicated by a medical order at selected locations of Ayudas Diagnósticas SURA will be considered.
